The Challenge Proceedings Lab: Into the Mind of the OPR (LL0125) is an immersive, interactive, in-person, learning experience. The Learning Lab provides participants with a critical introduction to the emerging specialist field of Procurement Dispute Resolution (PDR) and the expert strategies and insights into the Challenge Proceedings framework introduced by Part V of the Trinidad and Tobago Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended).
Analysing the OPR decisions to date, the Challenge Proceedings Lab offers a unique opportunity to delve into the mind of the OPR, providing participants with a significant advantage in the evolving landscape of public procurement in Trinidad and Tobago.
